How We Ship

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers including FedEx, Canada Post, DHL, and UPS (depending on destination). All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.

Canada

United States

  • For rates, please use the shipping calculator at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • Please note: Orders may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping does not cover these charges.

International

  • For rates, please use the shipping calculator at checkout.

All international orders (including U.S.) may be subject to customs and duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in free shipping offers.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete (including apartment/unit number). Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
