Return Instructions

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@tuff.supply. Approved returns will receive instructions and a shipping label.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
  • If you’re returning for any other reason, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
    Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers

Orders shipped into the EU are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, regardless of reason, under the same unused/with-tags condition.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we’ll confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (allow up to 15). If delayed, contact us at contact@tuff.supply.
